I’m often accused of being a romantic.
It’s not an accusation to me.
Being a romantic, a lover of people who believes they have the potential to be the best they can be, is how I can do the things that matter to me. It’s a circular argument – I try to be good because I am a romantic, but because I am a romantic I believe we can all do good.
The fact that I see that as including and enabling erotic acts and relationships is a shock to others. To me the idea that you can separate the erotic from the human and the personal is an entirely false one.
